About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to support HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits support, and general HR administration while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities, including maintaining employee records and HRIS data
- Assist with job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
- Prepare and distribute HR documentation such as offer letters, policy updates, and new-hire packets
- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and HR procedures
- Help coordinate open enrollment, benefits changes, and program documentation
- Assist with processing paperwork related to payroll changes, time-off requests, and status updates
- Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and training logistics
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, office administration, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service
