Litigation Attorney

We are partnering with an established, highly respected law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team.

About the Role

This position focuses on complex litigation matters with an emphasis on commercial and real estate disputes. The work includes a mix of private and public sector matters, with exposure to land use, infrastructure, and broader regulatory issues.

You will collaborate with a team known for delivering thoughtful, high-quality work on matters that impact businesses, communities, and regional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations
• Partner with colleagues on matters involving regulatory and operational considerations
• Provide practical, business-minded counsel to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Active member of the Utah State Bar
• 5+ years of litigation experience, with emphasis in commercial and real estate matters preferred
• Experience or interest in land use, regulatory, or related areas is a plus
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Work Environment

• Onsite within the Wasatch Front region

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary in the low to mid $100Ks, depending on experience
