Position Overview

Our client, a growing staffing and executive search firm is seeking a motivated, relationship driven Recruiter to join its Denver team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and managing candidates across a variety of professional level searches.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys building long term relationships, and brings a sense of urgency, professionalism, and strong communication to both candidate and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview candidates across administrative, HR, operations, finance, customer support, and professional level roles

• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates

• Conduct detailed candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, experience, and culture fit

• Manage candidate relationships throughout the interview and hiring process

• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates

• Prepare candidate summaries and provide market insight to hiring managers

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, job boards, referrals, and networking strategies to identify talent

• Maintain accurate activity and recruiting notes within the ATS/CRM

• Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market activity within the Denver market

• Assist with business development initiatives and relationship building efforts as needed


Qualifications

• 1 to 5+ years of staffing agency recruiting experience preferred

• Experience recruiting within professional, administrative, HR, operations, finance, or customer support functions strongly preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

• Self motivated with strong follow through and accountability

• Comfortable working within a performance driven environment

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
