Human Resources (HR) Generalist
Location: Park City, UT
Compensation: $60,000–$85,000 base salary (based on experience and local market)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support a growing team in Park City, Utah. This role involves broad HR responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, HR compliance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and employees to deliver HR support, guidance, and solutions across all employee life-cycle functions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee questions about programs
- Maintain HR policies and compliance with federal/state employment laws
- Assist in performance management processes, including reviews and employee development
- Address employee relations concerns, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR reporting
- Support training initiatives and employee engagement activities
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or multi-functional HR role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working with small or mid-sized teams
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification
- Demonstrated success in employee support and process improvement
