Location: ~60 mile radius of San Jose Office

The Role 

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new logo Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by converting qualified leads into closed business. This role focuses on running a sales process from discovery through close. You will be expected to consistently close business, maintain pipeline discipline, and build long-term client relationships that lead to referrals and expansion opportunities. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Convert qualified leads into closed MSP agreements, driving new logo MRR  
  • Run a structured sales process from discovery through close  
  • Conduct 3–5 first-time appointments (FTAs) per week  
  • Manage and maintain pipeline activity within CRM  
  • Build trust with prospects and position value-based solutions  
  • Maintain strong follow-up, objection handling, and negotiation discipline  
  • Develop long-term client relationships for referrals and future opportunities  


Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience  
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets  
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills  
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and opportunities  
  • Ability to manage multiple deals while maintaining consistent activity levels  
  • MSP or IT services experience is a plus, but not required

  • Base salary of $75,000-100,000 with first year OTE ~ $160,000-180,000
