Business Development Manager 

Location: Hybrid; on-site for calls, local events, and community involvement 

One 2 One is an IT consulting and managed services provider founded in 2001, delivering tailored cybersecurity, cloud, network, and IT support solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the Northeast. We are an EOS-driven organization that values accountability, service, and continuous improvement.  

The Role 

One 2 One is seeking a Business Development Manager to support growth by qualifying inbound demand, generating new opportunities, and running first-time appointments (FTAs). This role validates marketing-qualified leads, engages prospective clients, and advances opportunities through the early stages of the sales pipeline. 

You’ll work closely with marketing, account management, and outside sales to ensure a consistent, high-quality handoff. While this role does not close deals directly, it is eligible for bonus when opportunities close. 

This role is ideal for a motivated seller who enjoys prospecting, discovery, and relationship-building in a structured, accountable sales environment. 

Requirements 

  • Experience in B2B sales, lead qualification, or business development 
  • Comfort running discovery calls and first-time appointments 
  • Strong outbound prospecting and follow-up skills 
  • Organized, accountable, and metrics-driven 
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and account management 
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Base Salary: $70,000–$95,000. First year OTE ~$100,000–$150,000+
