The Role 

Hamilton Business Technologies is seeking Account Executives to support continued market expansion. This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for generating net-new business while building long-term relationships within assigned Nebraska markets. 

You will own the sales process from prospecting through close, leading discovery with decision-makers and partnering closely with technical teams to design solutions that align with client needs. Sales at Hamilton is team-oriented, with regular collaboration, coaching, and alignment to ensure consistency in approach and strong client outcomes. 

This role is well suited for a motivated seller who values ownership, collaboration, and relationship-based selling within a stable, growing organization. 

Responsibilities 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned Nebraska territories 
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, proposal, and close 
  • Generate first-time appointments (FTAs) through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking 
  • Lead consultative conversations with executive-level decision-makers 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with client goals 
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting within the CRM 
  • Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust, service, and accountability 
  • Meet and exceed activity, conversion, and revenue goals 

 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within technology, IT services, or solutions-based selling 
  • Strong prospecting skills including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and relationship-driven outreach 
  • Comfort engaging with C-level and senior business leaders 
  • Organized, self-motivated, and accountable to performance metrics 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams 
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and activity  

 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000, OTE uncapped
  • Regular sales collaboration, coaching, and team development
