Clinic Implementation Lead

About the Role: We're partnering with an early-stage health technology company making preventive, longevity-focused care accessible to everyday patients through their own doctor's office, covered by insurance. Their AI platform supports patients between visits—helping them understand their risks and take action over time. They're hiring a Clinic Implementation Lead to own the critical middle between a signed contract and a clinic that's generating real patient volume and revenue.
What You'll Do
- Launch new clinics from signed contract to active, revenue-generating partnerships
- Obtain patient lists and required data; coordinate onboarding with providers and clinic staff
- Drive patient conversion across the full funnel: panel → enrolled → activated → billable
- Diagnose why individual clinics are underperforming and run clinic-specific activation experiments
- Own revenue and patient volume metrics per clinic
- Turn each launch into a repeatable, scalable playbook

- Each clinic consistently reaches meaningful patient volume and retention targets
- Every engagement produces a documented playbook that reduces friction in future launches
What You Are
- Experienced in implementation, customer success, healthcare operations, or account management
- Comfortable working directly with clinic staff, providers, and healthcare workflows
- Data-driven and practical—you diagnose problems quickly and act on what you find
- Someone who wants to own the gap between signed contracts and real revenue
