About the Role:
We’re partnering with a healthcare technology company focused on enabling providers to deliver next-generation longevity and preventative care. Through a combination of advanced diagnostics, personalized treatment protocols, and a technology platform, the company partners with medical practices and aesthetic clinics to expand their service offerings and improve patient outcomes.
They are looking for an Account Executive to help drive adoption of their platform across healthcare providers and wellness clinics. This role is ideal for someone coming from pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales who is comfortable building relationships with clinicians and practice owners.
You’ll work directly with providers to introduce the company’s solutions, educate them on the value of longevity-based care, and support integration of these offerings into their practice.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage prospective partners including med spas, aesthetic clinics, and healthcare providers
- Build relationships with physicians, clinic owners, and decision-makers
- Educate providers on the platform, diagnostics, and treatment capabilities
- Run product demos and guide partners through onboarding
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, product, customer success) to ensure successful implementations
- Stay current on trends in longevity medicine, wellness, and aesthetics
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent pipeline generation and conversion across target provider segments
- Strong relationships with clinicians and practice owners
- Successful onboarding and activation of new partners
- Clear understanding and communication of the platform’s value to providers
What You Are
- 4–6 years of experience in: pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or aesthetic / wellness / healthcare sales
- Proven ability to sell into healthcare providers or clinics
- Strong relationship-building skills with clinicians and practice owners
- Ability to explain clinical or technical concepts in a simple, compelling way
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into med spas or aesthetic practices
- Exposure to longevity, preventative health, or wellness services
- Background in SaaS or tech-enabled healthcare solutions

- Compensation range: $160,000 – $200,000 OTE
