Senior Recruiter (Tech & Healthcare)


Level: Mid–Senior

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York, NY Preferred but open to remote

Working Hours: Full-time

Reporting to: Head of Talent / Leadership Team


About the Role:

We’re partnering with a healthcare technology company focused on enabling providers to deliver next-generation longevity and preventative care. Through a combination of advanced diagnostics, personalized treatment protocols, and a technology platform, the company partners with medical practices and clinics to expand their offerings and improve patient outcomes.


They are seeking a highly driven Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across both technical and healthcare functions. This role is critical to scaling the team during a high-growth phase and will work closely with leadership to attract top-tier talent across engineering, product, operations, and clinical roles.


What You’ll Do


  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, operational, and clinical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring strategy and workforce planning
  • Build and manage pipelines for engineering, product, and healthcare talent (including physicians and medical professionals)
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive, high-caliber candidates
  • Lead structured interview processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Help shape employer branding and recruiting processes as the company scales
  • Track recruiting metrics and optimize for efficiency, quality, and diversity of hires
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent market trends, especially in tech and healthtech

What You Are


  • 5–8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical recruiting
  • Experience recruiting within healthtech, healthcare, or digital health environments preferred
  • Exposure to hiring clinical talent (e.g., physicians, nurse practitioners, or specialists) is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience hiring passive candidates
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions
  • Based in or willing to work in San Francisco or New York


Nice to Have


  • Experience supporting early-stage or scaling startups
  • Familiarity with longevity, preventative care, or wellness-focused healthcare models
  • Experience hiring across both technical and non-technical roles simultaneously

  • Compensation range: $170,000 – $200,000 OTE
