About the Role
The company is hiring a Brand Strategist to help define how they tell their story. They're building a social media platform that challenges how things are done—and this role is responsible for shaping how that vision shows up in the world.
You won’t be executing a plan someone else wrote. You’ll own the strategy, set the direction, and be the recognized authority on the brand in every room you walk into.
Agencies and vendors are your operational leverage for now—and you’ll manage them accordingly. The brief, the strategy, and the brand voice live with you. What they produce should be a direct extension of your thinking, not a substitute for it. As the company grows, this role grows with it.

Netherlands, Ireland, Germany: 76,383€
UK: 67,964GBP
Spain, Portugal, Poland: 52,377€

The interview process for this role will include a 30-minute phone screen with a member of our People Ops team, followed by at least two interviews with the hiring manager and/or members of the team for this role.
