Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will architect scalable applications, mentor other developers, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders. Because our ecosystem is highly specialized, the ideal candidate must bring deep technical expertise in at least one of our core operational tracks: Financial Services Cloud (with OmniStudio), nCino, or Marketing/Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Design, code, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Specialized Implementation: Lead technical delivery within your specific domain of expertise, ensuring best practices and optimized system performance.
• Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, establish deployment standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with solution architects, business analysts, and product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical deliverables.
• System Optimization: Identify technical debt, troubleshoot complex production issues, and proactively optimize the Salesforce architecture.

Core Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Core Skills: Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Specialized Expertise (Must possess proven experience in at least ONE of the following):
• Track 1: OmniStudio & Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Extensive experience developing within the FSC data model (person accounts, financial accounts, relationships).
• Hands-on expertise configuring and developing with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures).
• Track 2: nCino
• Deep understanding of the nCino Bank Operating System and commercial/retail loan origination workflows.
• Experience with nCino UI configuration, custom integrations, and managing nCino-specific managed packages.
• Track 3: Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud
• Marketing Cloud: Advanced proficiency in AMPScript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), Journey Builder, and API integrations.
• Data Cloud: Experience with data ingestion streams, identity resolution rules, calculated insights, and activation targets.
