- Establish identity resolution rulesets, data harmonization strategies, and match-and-merge logic to create accurate, unified entity profiles.
- Develop Calculated Insights, Streaming Insights, and custom data transforms using SQL and Data Cloud formula fields.
- Build, monitor, and maintain high-volume data streams connecting Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise platforms and cloud storage (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS S3, MuleSoft).
- Define and manage Data Spaces, access controls, and security policies to support multi-tenant operational needs.
- Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to enable real-time activation, audience segmentation, and downstream integration with analytics tools like Tableau.
- Ensure all data pipelines, models, and transformations strictly adhere to enterprise data governance, lineage tracking, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with demonstrated experience specializing in Salesforce Data Cloud.
- High proficiency in SQL, data modeling, schema design, and enterprise data integration patterns.
- Proven experience setting up ingestion APIs, identity resolution rules, data spaces, and calculated insights within Data Cloud.
- Strong background working with cloud data platforms and warehouses (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or Azure).
- Active Salesforce Data Cloud Accredited Professional or Data Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
- Nice to have: Experience working in banking, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments; familiarity with Salesforce Einstein 1 / Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, or Python for data engineering.
