We’re looking for an Inside Sales Project Manager / Drafter to manage projects from first customer contact through fabrication and delivery. This role serves as the main link between customers, drafting, and the shop floor.

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer communication for incoming projects
• Draft fabrication-ready shop drawings (AutoCAD or similar)
• Estimate materials, labor, and timelines
• Schedule and coordinate jobs with sales leadership and the shop manager
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and project-specific inventory
• Support inside sales by handling inbound calls and making outbound sales calls
• Ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in steel fabrication or steel sales (required)
• Experience with drafting software (AutoCAD or similar)
• Strong understanding of how drawings translate to fabrication
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Organized, accountable, and customer-focused
• Familiarity with Tekla Structures or SDS is a plus
