Job Title: Assembler
Schedule: Shift start times may vary and can begin at 4:00 AM, 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, or 9:00 AM.
Overtime and Saturday availability is required.
Position Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for assembling knee braces and related medical products in a manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on use of tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions while supporting quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble knee braces and related medical products using hand tools, power tools, and universal fixtures
- Perform sanding and surface preparation for painting

Prepare and mix paint according to established procedures
- Cut materials per established guidelines and specifications
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Safely maneuver and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Work in environments with hot and cold temperature conditions
- Participate in manufacturing audits and support 5S programs
- Identify and communicate work-related issues to supervisors or team leads
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements
- Demonstrate understanding of basic assembly techniques and processes
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
