Our client is seeking a skilled Fabricator to support the production of high-quality steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who excels in welding, fabrication, and precision work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate metal components using MIG and TIG welding.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including press brakes, plasma cutters, shears, benders, and water jets.
• Read and interpret drawings, dimensions, and tolerances to plan work operations.
• Perform finishing tasks such as grinding, polishing, and painting.
• Lay out, align, and tack assemblies; inspect workpieces for defects and accuracy.
• Maintain safe work habits and operate all safety equipment properly.
• Mark/tag materials and ensure accurate job documentation.
• Pull orders and provide direct customer service as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with hand and power tools common to welding and metal fabrication.
• Experience in QA/ISO-compliant environments.
• Forklift experience.
• CNC brake or roller experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to read prints and product drawings.
• Minimum 2 years of MIG/TIG production welding experience.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet physical demands (standing, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and provide customer-facing support.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a weld test, drug screen, and background check.

Additional Considerations

• Manufacturing or mechanical/automotive experience is a plus.
• Air/pneumatic tool experience is a plus.
