Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Summary

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, move, and store materials safely and efficiently within the distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and shipments
• Transport pallets and materials throughout the facility
• Secure and position loads properly before movement
• Pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and movements
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• Follow production schedules and safety standards
• Identify and report workplace safety hazards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of forklift or warehouse experience
• Valid forklift certification
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, move, and operate equipment for extended periods
