Job Overview:

The Opportunity:

You will serve as a lead technician in the field, diagnosing and resolving complex HVAC challenges for our residential and commercial clients. This role offers you the autonomy to manage your service routes with top-tier equipment and a dedicated support team tracking your schedule. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC systems efficiently.
• Perform seasonal maintenance, comprehensive system tune-ups, and structural safety inspections.
• Present clear repair or replacement options directly to homeowners with honesty and transparency.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of service calls and parts tracking within ServiceTitan.
• Manage your company vehicle inventory and specialized tools to ensure job site readiness.
• Collaborate with the dispatch and office team to optimize routing and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid EPA Universal certification required at the time of hire.
• Registered with TDLR.
• Proven professional experience troubleshooting and repairing residential heating and cooling systems.
• History of effective soft skills when working with clientele.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of a formal HVAC Trade Program or Technical Certification.
• Previously trained in inverter driven systems and high end equipment.
• 3 or more years of dedicated residential or commercial HVAC service experience.
• Direct operational familiarity with the ServiceTitan mobile platform.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
