How You Will Make an Impact

• Perform essential hands-on labor tasks to keep job sites safe, organized, and clean daily.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with commercial self-storage assembly and maintenance tasks.
• Load, unload, and stage construction materials efficiently to support project timelines.
• Operate basic power tools and hand tools in strict accordance with site safety protocols.
• Execute routine property maintenance and structural upgrades under direct team supervision.
• Maintain equipment and safety gear to ensure optimal performance on every assignment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong physical stamina and willingness to perform demanding manual labor tasks.
• Reliable work ethic with a strong focus on team collaboration and punctuality.
• Basic understanding of job site safety practices and personal protective equipment.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions accurately and adapt to daily project needs.
• Ability to perform duties in a variety of outdoor weather conditions throughout the year .
