The Opportunity:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational success of diverse federal and industrial construction initiatives from the ground up. You will directly influence project delivery, collaborate across unique client accounts, and refine critical planning processes.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Manage baseline schedules and progress tracking using Primavera P6 to keep projects on timeline and within budget.
• Coordinate clear, professional project updates with diverse industrial and government client stakeholders.
• Evaluate cost-control metrics and performance data to proactively identify project risks.
• Implement structured controls reporting to maintain transparent communication across remote team environments.
• Solve complex technical scheduling challenges across various federal and industrial job sites.
• Collaborate directly with business leadership to establish standardized project controls frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong technical background in general construction planning, schedule management, and baseline controls.
• Hands-on proficiency using Primavera P6 software within active construction environments.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and present technical insights directly to external clients.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to various national project site locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7 or more years of dedicated experience in industrial, federal, or government project controls.
• Prior experience thriving in a remote team model while managing multi-faceted client projects.
