The Opportunity:

You will play a central role in driving business expansion by leveraging your industry network to secure high-value electrical and control bids. Working alongside some of the world's largest companies, your accurate estimates will directly shape our project pipeline and revenue trajectory. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Prepare detailed, highly accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial electrical and control projects.
• Leverage your existing industry relationships and book of business to secure competitive bidding opportunities.
• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and scopes to calculate labor, material, and equipment requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on budget constraints and execution strategies.
• Participate in bid strategy reviews and deliver winning project proposals to drive organizational growth.
• Perform ongoing cost analysis and risk assessments to safeguard project profit margins.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional electrical estimating experience.
• Established book of business and strong industry network.
• Deep technical understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical control systems.
• Proven track record of preparing competitive, profitable bids for complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with advanced electrical estimating software and digital takeoff tools.
