Position Title: HVAC Journeyman Installer

Pay Range: $20.00-$34.00+ hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Ensure systems are functioning properly and meet code requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Participate in on-call and emergency repair work as needed
- Complete documentation and reporting accurately
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience
- Current KY HVAC Journeyman License (Required)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and practices
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High attention to detail and safety standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time, Monday to Friday
- Weekend and Overtime availability required as needed
