Working Electrical Foreman – Lead Commercial & Industrial Power Installations with PSG Energy Services

The Opportunity:
You will serve as a key hands-on field leader, driving the daily execution of commercial and industrial electrical installations. This role allows you to work directly alongside your crew while directing site operations, mentoring electricians, and delivering high-quality client results.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Lead and actively work alongside crews installing power distribution, switchgear, panelboards, conduit, and lighting.
- Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications to plan daily jobsite execution.
- Direct daily task assignments, manage manpower, and maintain strict quality control standards across all site work.
- Enforce safety regulations by conducting regular toolbox talks and maintaining OSHA compliance on active job sites.
- Collaborate with project managers to coordinate scheduling, material orders, equipment logistics, and change orders.
- Resolve real-time technical field issues involving circuit layouts, power quality, and equipment troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 7 years of commercial and industrial electrical construction experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a foreman or lead role directing jobsite crews.
- Active OSHA 10 certification, with the commitment to obtain OSHA 30 within 90 days of hire.
- Proven expertise reading blueprints, single-line diagrams, and technical project submittals.
- Demonstrated hands-on skills in conduit bending, switchgear installation, motor controls, and power distribution.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel for out-of-town project assignments.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders or lifts, and work at heights in dynamic weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Specialized experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, or automation wiring.
- Hands-on background with solar energy installations or EV charging infrastructure.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Prior experience managing subcontractor crews across concurrent job sites.
