The Opportunity:
You will serve as the operational backbone of our shop and logistics hub, keeping high-volume plumbing materials, tools, and inventory organized for major field builds. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the warehouse environment, ensuring our field crews stay fully equipped and our shop operates with maximum efficiency. How You Will Make an Impact:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory, tools, and construction supplies against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Organize, label, and maintain all plumbing stock and materials to allow quick identification and rapid staging for field teams.
- Monitor active inventory levels routinely and notify leadership of supply requirements before materials run low.
- Process vendor returns, warranty items, damaged inventory, and material exchanges in an organized manner.
- Stage tools, equipment, and plumbing assemblies upon request to keep daily project schedules on track.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, workspace organization, and general outdoor facility grounds to uphold high safety standards.
- Enforce strict shop safety protocols while managing tool tracking and equipment organization.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail and accurate inventory control.
- High level of self-motivation, dependability, and a desire to take complete ownership of the shop area.
- Physical capability to lift, move, stack, and organize heavy plumbing materials and jobsite equipment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license for general facility management and logistics tasks.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Basic familiarization with plumbing tools, fittings, mechanical piping components, or general construction materials.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, supply room, or commercial trade logistics environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and support team needs in a growing company.
