Commercial Construction Manager – Lead Regional Projects for Trinity Constructors

Job Overview:

  • Company: Trinity Constructors
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $95,000 - $100,000 per year (plus Performance-Based Bonus and Profit Sharing)
  • Location: Austin or Dallas, TX – Regional project-based role with travel between active project sites; approximately 10% overnight travel
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time
  • Project Scope: Commercial Construction

The Opportunity:

Trinity Constructors is expanding its commercial construction team and seeking experienced Construction Managers to support its growing Austin and Dallas–Fort Worth markets.

In this role, you will bridge field leadership and project administration, taking operational ownership of commercial construction projects within your assigned market. You will drive project scheduling, financial performance, subcontractor relationships, and field execution while maintaining oversight across multiple active projects.

We are hiring in both the Austin and Dallas–Fort Worth areas. Candidates will primarily support projects within their respective market rather than being expected to routinely travel between Austin and Dallas.

This is an opportunity to join an established commercial contractor with the resources and stability to take on significant projects while maintaining the accountability and close-knit culture of a growing organization.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage day-to-day operations across active commercial construction projects to deliver quality work safely, profitably, and on schedule.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate sequencing and dependencies, anticipate delays, and communicate schedule impacts.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance throughout construction.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trade partners across active projects.
  • Maintain effective oversight across multiple simultaneous projects and job sites.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams to keep field execution and project administration aligned.
  • Identify and solve field challenges proactively to minimize delays and keep projects moving.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Travel between active project sites within your assigned market, with approximately 10% overnight travel as project needs require.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant commercial construction management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction project schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience with project budgets/cost control and subcontractor management.
  • Experience managing or maintaining oversight across multiple active construction projects or job sites.
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial construction processes and field operations.
  • Ability to travel between active project sites within the assigned market, with approximately 10% overnight travel.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience performing combined or hybrid Project Manager and Superintendent responsibilities.
  • Experience independently owning commercial construction projects from planning and scheduling through field execution and closeout.
  • Strong construction budgeting, forecasting, change-order, and cost-management experience.
  • Experience working with construction scheduling and project-management technology.
  • Knowledge of regional Texas commercial construction practices, subcontractors, and trades.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent commercial projects.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 95,000–100,000 annual base salary based on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Profit-sharing opportunities.
  • 401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.
  • 100% company-paid medical and dental insurance.
  • Paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
  • Flexible paid parental leave and employee-relief emergency assistance.
  • Company vehicle and smartphone/tablet technology package.
  • Travel compensation, including project per diem when applicable.
  • Company-provided safety equipment and paid safety, OSHA, lift, and manufacturer certifications.
  • Annual company outings, trips, and employee referral bonus opportunities.
