Job Overview
Facility Innovations Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Concrete Restoration Foreman to lead field operations for outdoor concrete saw-cutting, selective demolition, trench restoration, and flatwork replacement supporting electrical conduit installations. This is a working foreman role ideal for experienced professionals with strong technical expertise in concrete and civil sitework, who also thrive in leadership and coordination roles.
You will direct crews and operate machinery to deliver clean, precise restoration in live construction environments. Working closely with electrical teams, you’ll ensure that conduit pathways are restored safely, accurately, and in accordance with project specs and city codes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily concrete restoration operations including saw-cutting, trenching, demolition, backfill, and finishing.
Coordinate trench layout and restoration sequencing with electrical superintendents and foremen.
Perform or supervise accurate saw-cuts, selective demo, and excavation while protecting existing utilities.
Operate or direct equipment including skid steers and mini excavators.
Ensure proper backfill lift thickness, material selection, compaction, and grade alignment.
Oversee concrete forming, placement, doweling, reinforcement, and surface finishing.
Maintain accurate surface restoration, including clean transitions, control joints, and ADA compliance where required.
Enforce site safety including PPE, silica dust control, trench protection, and traffic/barricade management.
Track equipment, maintain tools, and ensure a clean, organized jobsite.
Communicate progress, needs, and issues clearly with project management.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience leading concrete or civil site crews.
10+ years of hands-on experience in concrete saw-cutting, demo, backfill, and finishing.
Proven ability to work around and protect underground utilities and electrical conduit.
Equipment operation skills (skid steers, compactors, mini excavators).
Strong knowledge of compaction and grade control best practices.
Experience with layout tools, lasers, string lines, and levels.
Skilled in surface restoration with matching finish, joint control, and ADA slopes.
Proficient with walk-behind saws, jackhammers, compaction tools, and finishing equipment.
Reliable communicator with high standards for safety and jobsite organization.
Valid driver’s license required.
