Electrical Project Coordinator – Support Nationwide Electrical Projects for 8-koi

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital administrative backbone for our field operations, driving seamless coordination for complex electrical and controls projects. This role empowers you to manage essential project documentation, submittals, and schedules from setup to final closeout. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Create and organize project file structures, submittal folders, and PCM setups for new electrical jobs.
  • Coordinate the procurement, tracking, and distribution of electrical submittals, product data, and subcontracts.
  • Maintain Microsoft Project schedules, RFIs, and schedules of values to keep technical projects on track.
  • Arrange critical jobsite logistics, including temp power service, dumpsters, and site facilities.
  • Prepare comprehensive project closeout packages, punch lists, and financial tracking documentation.
  • Provide key support to field management and executive leadership to facilitate operational success.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in project coordination, project administration, or clerical support within commercial construction.
  • Practical understanding of electrical submittals, RFIs, trade contracts, and construction documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and construction management software platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage financial tracking and critical action items.
  • Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Prior administrative experience supporting specialized commercial electrical or industrial controls projects.
  • Familiarity with federal contract administration and RFP/RFQ submittal processes.
  • Technical diploma or Associate degree in Construction Management or related field.
