Field Superintendent – Lead Multifamily and Commercial Technology Deployments


Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience) plus Performance Based Bonus
  • Location: Austin / San Antonio, Texas (Remote / 50% Travel Required within local area)
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time
  • Project Scope: Small service installations to large-scale multifamily and commercial low-voltage deployments
  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Texas Security License, Texas Fire License, Valid Driver's License


The Opportunity

You will serve as a premier field leader driving the operational expansion of our access control and video surveillance divisions across Texas. By building high-performing installation teams from the ground up, you will directly influence our regional culture and corporate momentum. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing installation and service teams throughout the regional market.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of large-scale access control, video surveillance, and networking projects.
  • Handle the client relationship with care, keeping a professional demeanor at all times when working with our clients face to face.
  • Manage project schedules, manpower allocation, and resource planning to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct regular job site visits to verify quality, safety, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Resolve complex field issues and remove operational obstacles to keep installation deployment moving forward.
  • Maintain strong communication with multifamily property managers, general contractors, and internal stakeholders.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of proven experience leading field installation, construction, or low-voltage teams.
  • Strong background in access control, IP video surveillance, networking, and low-voltage systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple commercial or field projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 50% throughout the market.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of related work experience in field leadership or technology installations.
  • Trade Program or Technical Certification.
  • Technical proficiency with Brivo, Butterfly, Eagle Eye, and locksmithing.
  • Experience managing multifamily technology projects and working with large property management companies.
