The Opportunity:

You will serve as a critical field leader executing complex electrical service and troubleshooting solutions at our industrial plant in Mesa. This hands-on, tools-on role allows you to run small crews while working directly with clients and engineers to solve real-time technical challenges. You will make an impact by driving high-quality electrical service delivery for an organization that treats you like an essential team member.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex commercial and industrial electrical systems on active service calls.
  • Lead and supervise a small field crew to ensure all assigned service work is completed safely and on schedule.
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate technical and logistical issues on-site to keep commercial operations running smoothly.
  • Work directly with customers, project managers, and engineers to develop efficient technical solutions.
  • Enforce strict adherence to National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and internal corporate safety protocols.
  • Use advanced conduit bending skills to execute precise, clean material routing across various industrial environments.
  • Mentor junior field staff on the job by sharing advanced electrical trade techniques and problem-solving skills.
  • Once familiar with your role and the facility operations, estimating will become a part of the role as well.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7+ years of dedicated commercial and industrial electrical service and troubleshooting work experience.
  • Documented field experience working strictly on commercial or industrial service sites rather than new residential construction.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and a commitment to safe driving habits.
  • Strong technical capacity to bend conduit accurately and operate safely on ladders and aerial lift equipment.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English paired with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment weighing between 50 and 100 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Flexibility to work occasional night shifts and weekends based on urgent commercial client service demands.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Possession of a valid Journeyman card or equivalent verified field leadership experience.
  • Completion of a formal electrical trade program or technical certification course.
  • 10+ years of related work experience within the commercial-industrial electrical field.
  • Basic technical knowledge of control systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and related automated circuitry.
  • Proficiency using basic computer programs including digital email communications and Microsoft Excel.
