The Opportunity:

You will serve as a key specialist focused on the aesthetic and structural health of premium residential plant material. Working with an employer that prioritizes team member care, you will showcase your expertise on high-end properties. Your detailed craftsmanship will directly elevate outdoor spaces for discerning clients.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute precision hand pruning for fine shrubs and ornamental trees under 15 feet.
• Inspect plants daily to identify insect damage, disease symptoms, or nutrient issues.
• Apply proper arboricultural techniques to promote long-term plant growth and structural integrity.
• Maintain sharp, clean, and properly disinfected pruning tools to ensure optimal plant health.
• Clean up, collect, and process all debris thoroughly to leave client properties pristine.
• Collaborate with field teams to deliver high-end landscape maintenance results.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in hand pruning shrubs and ornamental trees under 15 feet.
• Solid understanding of the landscape industry and ornamental plant care.
• Ability to identify common plant health issues, diseases, and regional pests.
• Strong physical capability to perform active field work in varied outdoor environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of dedicated landscape pruning experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Background servicing high-end residential clients.
