The Opportunity:

You will serve as an essential "industrial first responder," delivering and installing engineered temporary pumping systems for high-stakes emergency response and bypass projects. In this high-impact role, you will protect local communities and industrial operations by keeping critical infrastructure moving during water main breaks, floods, and system repairs. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Deliver and assemble temporary pumping systems, HDPE pipe, and filtration equipment across mid-Atlantic job sites.
• Execute equipment pickups, removals, and yard inventory tracking to ensure complete operational readiness.
• Operate company pickup trucks with trailers, extended reach forklifts, and field machinery in all weather conditions.
• Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and inspections on pumps and accessories in the shop and field.
• Respond quickly to emergency system malfunctions during rotating after-hours and weekend on-call shifts.
• Maintain detailed digital logs of field tasks, deliveries, and maintenance schedules using provided mobile tech.
• Build positive relationships with municipal and industrial clients by delivering 24/7/365 service excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 to 75 pounds safely across uneven terrain.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and practical mechanical aptitude.
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfortable using smartphone application technology.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time with per diem provided.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction, heavy civil, or industrial environments.
• Prior experience operating extended-reach forklifts, telehandlers, or heavy machinery.
• Familiarity with temporary bypass pumping systems, HDPE pipe, and diesel or hydraulic pumps.
• Valid DOT Medical Card or active OSHA certifications (OSHA 10, Fall Protection, Lifts).
