Key Responsibilities
- Simultaneous Portfolio Ownership: Direct and execute multiple commercial, industrial, and ground-up construction builds concurrently across national territories from preconstruction through closeout.
- Profitability & Margin Protection: Safeguard project profit margins through aggressive job costing, proactive resource allocation, and real-time risk mitigation.
- Schedule Architecture & Velocity: Develop, baseline, and manage master CPM schedules using construction software to ensure on-time delivery across all critical path milestones.

- Executive Stakeholder Leadership: Lead all Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) alignment meetings, maintaining trust-based client communications that secure repeat commercial accounts.
- Multi-Trade Orchestration: Align civil/structural consultants, architects, trade subcontractors, material vendors, and on-site field superintendents.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct and mentor assigned Project Engineers while providing strong logistical, operational, and material backing to field Superintendents.
- Proactive Problem Resolution: Identify structural, supply chain, or design bottlenecks early—developing practical, business-minded solutions before schedule or cost impacts occur.
