The Opportunity:

You will play a vital role in restoring peace of mind for property owners during stressful residential and commercial property disasters. Joining a close-knit team means your individual contributions will directly impact project success and customer satisfaction on every job site. You will gain hands-on support from leadership while driving high-quality restoration projects across the Austin area.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Lead onsite residential and commercial specialty restoration operations to ensure efficient job completion.
• Analyze site damage and implement effective disaster mitigation and safety plans.
• Deliver clear, empathetic communication to keep property owners informed throughout the restoration process.
• Execute problem-solving strategies directly on job sites to resolve dynamic field obstacles safely.
• Maintain strict adherence to industry safety protocols, equipment handling, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with crew members and management to ensure a supportive, team-oriented work environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic customer service approach.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and initiative in dynamic environments.
• Continuous commitment to safety practices and risk prevention.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 or more years of related work experience in specialty restoration.
• Valid IICRC certification.
• Completion of a trade program or technical certification course.
• Proven experience working effectively within collaborative field teams.
• Bilingual in Spanish 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay rate ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour with project completion bonuses and overtime potential.
