You will serve as a vital field leader driving high-quality commercial landscaping installations across the region. This role allows you to lead dedicated field crews while delivering exceptional exterior transformations for a trusted industry leader. How You Will Make an Impact

• Supervise and direct daily field operations for commercial landscaping installation projects.
• Safely operate and transport equipment using a one-ton truck and attached trailer.
• Execute landscape plans accurately by reading project blueprints and instructions.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members, asking clarifying questions when needed.
• Maintain high standards of site safety, quality control, and work efficiency on every job.
• Mentor and support field crew members to ensure consistent installation excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience installing commercial landscaping packages in the field.
• Ability to comfortably drive and maneuver a one-ton truck with a trailer attached.
• Strong ability to follow project instructions and collaborate effectively with team leadership.
• Reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to site safety and quality workmanship.
• Proven experience in supervising landscaping crews or grounds maintenance teams.
• Able to work outside all day, regardless of weather conditions.
• Able to stand and/or walk for the entire duration of the work shift.
• Able to carry 60 lbs. a distance of 50 feet, up to 25 times per day.
• Able to push and pull 75 lbs. a distance of 100 feet, up to 25 times per day.
• Skilled in landscape installation and maintenance techniques including planting, pruning, and bed preparation.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of related work experience in commercial exterior landscaping operations.
• Prior experience in a crew leadership or supervisory role within the landscaping industry.
