The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in transforming high-end properties by installing industry-leading motorized screens, awnings, and custom window treatments. How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute the precise installation of exterior motorized screens, shades, and awnings in luxury residential environments.
• Utilize power tools and measuring instruments to ensure every installation meets exacting company quality standards.
• Collaborate within a small, motivated 3-4 person team to complete challenging projects efficiently.
• Provide exceptional service through polite and professional interactions with homeowners and builders in $5M+ properties.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to protect the integrity of high-end job sites.
• Troubleshoot technical installation challenges on-site to ensure seamless product operation and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency with power tools, including drills, saws, levels, and advanced measuring tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work comfortably on ladders or at heights.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying Tennessee weather conditions.
• Commitment to a non-smoking work environment to maintain a professional image with clients.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of installation experience in screens, specialty construction, or a related field.
• Background in trim carpentry with a strong eye for detail and finish work.
