The Opportunity

You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality residential and commercial HVAC solutions across Santa Clarita and surrounding areas. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience alongside skilled technicians in a supportive, family-owned business culture. You will build a lasting career in the HVAC industry while gaining access to paid apprenticeships and industry certifications.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Assist lead technicians with the daily installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Transport equipment, tools, and materials safely to and from job sites across the region.
• Prepare job sites by setting up safety equipment, staging tools, and organizing work areas.
• Learn proper ductwork, piping, and mechanical assembly techniques through direct field training.
• Maintain clean and safe job site environments during and after equipment installation.
• Complete safety training and earn certifications including OSHA, Fall Protection, and lift operation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong willingness to learn mechanical and HVAC installation techniques.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work onsite in various field environments.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to team collaboration and safety.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in mechanical construction.
• Ambition to complete paid apprenticeship programs and grow into a lead technician role.
