  • Perform detailed material take-offs and manage timely ordering of required job supplies, labor, and heavy equipment logistics.
  • Evaluate daily job tickets against estimated performance data to analyze production trends and input accurate labor and material updates.
  • Conduct regular site readiness visits, document daily field progress with photos and emails, and resolve site challenges directly with general contractors.
  • Lead weekly field safety meetings, enforce strict hazard protocols, and train team members on proper installation techniques.
  • Maintain primary supervisory authority to make direct hiring and firing determinations for field foremen.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States alongside a valid driver’s license and a favorable DMV record.
  • Comprehensive technical skills and expertise required to perform every field function of the crew members you supervise.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. intermittently, climb, crawl, and work outdoors in extreme weather conditions on uneven surfaces.
  • Proven capability to identify safety hazards, communicate effectively under tight deadlines, and make quick operational decisions.
  • Absolute willingness to travel periodically to non-local job sites, including occasional overnight or multi-day project trips.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience evaluating daily job performance metrics and historical cost trends to improve crew productivity.
  • Advanced organizational skills with a strong track record of coordinating multi-phase concrete field operations seamlessly.
  • Prior experience conducting pre-construction alignment meetings and managing active relations with client job site superintendents.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive paid time off (PTO) program for full-time employees.
  • Travel projects supplemented with per diem and mileage support when assigned to non-local sites.
  • Access to ongoing safety, technical, manufacturer, and industry certifications including OSHA training.
