The Opportunity:
You will serve as a premier field technical expert, resolving complex electrical system challenges for commercial and industrial clients throughout the Phoenix metro area. This role empowers you to take complete ownership of troubleshooting and repair operations while directly representing a safety-first company culture. How You Will Make an Impact:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex commercial and industrial electrical infrastructure.
- Execute precision conduit bending using hand benders, triple nickels, and table benders to ensure clean layouts.
- Collaborate directly with clients, project managers, and engineers to diagnose root causes and deliver strategic solutions.
- Ensure all electrical work fully complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and rigorous internal safety regulations.
- Operate aerial lifts, ladders, and specialized field equipment safely to access and service high-elevation systems.
- Manage service workloads independently or collaboratively to meet critical project timelines.
- Guide and share advanced trade knowledge with team members to elevate total field performance.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of dedicated commercial and industrial electrical service and troubleshooting experience.
- Proven expertise working strictly on commercial or industrial job sites (no residential experience will be considered).
- Elite proficiency in bending conduit using hand benders, triple nickels, and table benders.
- Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Professional level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighting between 50 to 100 pounds regularly.
- Absolute flexibility to work occasional night shifts and weekends based on client service demands.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Possession of a formal Journeyman card or equivalent industry-recognized trade credential.
- Graduation from an accredited electrical trade program or technical certification course.
- 10+ years of total related industrial and commercial field experience.
