What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a trusted advisor to closely held businesses and HNW clients
• Lead complex tax planning across:
• Partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps
• Multi-state and federal issues
• M&A, structuring, and succession planning
• Oversee engagement execution and review/sign off on returns
• Mentor and develop a growing tax team
• Play a key role in business development and client growth

What They’re Looking For

• CPA required
• 10+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong background in pass-through entities and HNW clients
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and teams
• Bonus: Business development mindset or existing network

Compensation

• $160K – $250K base + bonus
• Long-term: Partner track / equity opportunity
