Responsibilities

• Run a true full-desk: manage clients, drive new business, and execute the full candidate lifecycle for Accounting & Finance roles
• Proactively source top Accounting and Finance talent using AI-powered tools and platforms to identify the best candidates faster and more precisely
• Build, strengthen, and grow client relationships across Manta Search's core industries
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and consistently hit/exceed revenue targets
• Work closely with the founder and team in a remote, high-output culture

Experience Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in Accounting & Finance or a related professional staffing vertical
• 2+ years thriving in a fully remote, metrics-driven environment
• Proven track record of strong annual production $400k+ (2022–present)

Compensation

• Commission: Industry-leading payout structure with significant upside and no cap - tiered structure, the more you bill, the more you make.
