Our client, a growing company in the hospitality space, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a true finance and accounting partner to the business. This is a high-visibility seat: you will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, and your analysis will shape decisions on performance, cost management, and growth. The role is open at the Senior Analyst level, with flexibility to hire at the Manager level for the right candidate.

What You'll Own

• Monthly financial reporting and analysis, including P&L reviews, variance analysis, and commentary for leadership
• Budgeting and forecasting cycles, partnering with operations and department leaders to build accurate, defensible numbers
• Operational performance analysis, including revenue trends, cost drivers, and profitability
• Month-end close support in partnership with the accounting team, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement review
• Ad hoc modeling and analysis for leadership on pricing, capital projects, and growth initiatives
• Continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and processes so the business gets faster, cleaner answers

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
• Strong accounting fundamentals: you understand how the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow fit together, not just the forecast
• Advanced Excel skills (complex models, lookups, pivot tables)
• Clear communicator who can translate numbers into insights for non-finance audiences
• Comfortable operating in a lean team where you own work end to end

Preferred:

• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or another multi-unit environment
• CPA, CMA, or public accounting foundation
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
