Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Operations Coordinator to help run the day-to-day engine of a growing field services business. This role sits at the center of the operation, and will coordinating technicians, managing schedules, supporting customers, and keeping workflows moving efficiently. You’ll work closely with leadership and play a critical role in making sure the business runs smoothly as it scales.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily dispatch and scheduling for field technicians
- Coordinate job flow and ensure work is properly scheduled, tracked, and completed
- Communicate directly with customers (calls, messages, service requests)
- Support job quoting and ensure accurate information is captured
- Help maintain billing workflows and update operational systems (e.g., PoolBrain, QuickBooks)
- Participate in daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise. Including, scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, technician needs
- Keep data clean and up to date across systems
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in a service-based or field operations environment (HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pest control, facilities, logistics, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Able to manage a high volume of moving pieces
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Clear communicator who can confidently interact with both customers and field teams
- High ownership mindset, and sees issues and takes action without being asked
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Experience with scheduling tools, CRMs, or QuickBooks is a plus
