Our Client is an all-in-one platform that makes AI development and deployment simple. They remove AI complexity and empower non-technical teams to launch sophisticated AI solutions that drive meaningful business value.
They are post-MVP with early customer traction and are now hiring a Founding GTM Lead to drive early revenue efforts in the U.S. financial services market. This individual will work side by side with the CEO and founding team to open doors, close strategic deals, and optimize the go-to-market engine.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Our Client’s early-stage go-to-market motion across U.S. financial services and fintech.
- Own outbound and relationship-driven sales to banks, insurers, fintechs, and capital markets firms.
- Participate in early prospect calls, run discovery sessions, and shape the use-case narrative.
- Collaborate with the sales enablement consultant to refine ICP targeting, sales assets, objection handling, and pricing experiments.
- Partner with the Chief Data Scientist and product team to validate and deliver early use cases.
- Optimize the GTM playbook as you close deals, including win stories, pitch decks, messaging, and talk tracks.
- Lay the foundation for revenue leadership and expansion into new markets.
Who You Are
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, ideally with consulting, sales, or growth experience in financial services.
- Strong relationships in financial services hubs such as New York, Atlanta, or Charlotte.
- A consultative seller who can earn trust, translate complex needs, and co-create solutions.
- A confident and clear communicator, comfortable navigating from cold outreach to C-suite close.
- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and believes in doing before delegating.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience selling AI, automation, analytics, or data infrastructure solutions.
- Interest in international markets such as Africa and Latin America.
Compensation & Growth Path
Initial Structure:
- Generous equity package.
- Performance-based bonus tied to deals closed or traction milestones.
- Base salary activated upon achieving revenue or fundraising milestones, $5,000 per month
- Uncapped earnings
Future Scope:
- Build and lead the GTM team, including sales, SDRs, customer success, and partnerships.
- Own vertical expansion and growth into emerging markets.
