About the Go-to-Market Team

Our client’s Go-to-Market team is focused on expanding the marketplace, accelerating buyer and seller growth, and driving scalable revenue across new categories. The team operates with speed, ownership, and a strong bias toward execution.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in a full-cycle sales role at an early-stage, venture-backed startup and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

 Experience selling to government municipalities is a strong plus.


What will you be doing?

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the full sales cycle, from sourcing and discovery to closing new logos.
  • Balance a 50/50 split of inbound and outbound sales motions to build your own pipeline and drive new business.
  • Engage directly with customers, including traveling to meet them in person, to understand their needs and build strong, relationship-driven partnerships.
  • Work collaboratively with a low ego, representing Garage at conferences and in front of customers like fire chiefs and fleet managers.
  • Maintain a highly organized and disciplined approach, utilizing CRMs to manage your growing book of business.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a closing-focused sales role within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success generating net new business and closing high-impact opportunities
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving measurable revenue growth
  • Ability to work quickly, iterate rapidly, and operate with autonomy


Nice to Have

  • Experience selling within a venture-backed startup environment
  • Experience helping scale an early-stage or high-growth company

Compensation:

$93,000-$118,000 (OTE: $186K-$236,000K)
