Hybrid- New York, NY, Austin, TX or Washington, D.C.

OTE: $200K–$400K with a 50/50 split

Equity: Extremely competitive

Visa: H-1B transfers and TN visas may be supported.

Our Client:

Our client is a fast-growing, AI-native B2B technology company transforming one of the most fragmented processes in business: how companies purchase and manage software, hardware, contractors, and other suppliers. Founded in 2022, the company has raised $75M from leading venture investors and is already trusted by major global enterprises. With approximately 100 employees and significant traction in Europe, the company is now building its U.S. commercial presence.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to become the company's first U.S. enterprise quota-carrying seller.

This is not a traditional AE role. You'll work directly with the CCO and leadership team to help build the U.S. GTM motion from the ground up—developing pipeline, closing enterprise customers, refining messaging, influencing GTM strategy, and helping establish the processes that will support future scale.

The right person is both a closer and a builder. You know how to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, but you're equally energized by the ambiguity and ownership that come with an early-stage environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle across U.S. mid-market and enterprise accounts, generally ranging from 300–8,000 employees.
  • Build and manage pipeline while closing initially mid-five-figure and ultimately low-six-figure deals.
  • Partner directly with leadership on U.S. GTM strategy, ICP development, messaging, outbound strategy, and market expansion.
  • Become a true product expert capable of compelling conversations with senior executives.
  • Build relationships with CFOs, procurement leaders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, bringing market intelligence and customer feedback directly into the business.
  • Help create the sales processes and playbooks that future U.S. sellers will inherit.
  • Contribute beyond the traditional AE lane, including events, marketing, community building, and customer onboarding.
  • Potentially grow into responsibility for a geography, sector, or team within the first 12 months.

Requirements:

Must Have

  • 4+ years of experience as a top-performing, consultative Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Demonstrated success navigating sophisticated B2B enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong pipeline-generation capabilities—you are comfortable creating opportunities, not simply receiving them.
  • Ability to sell consultatively to senior business stakeholders.
  • Builder mentality with the ability to operate successfully in an early-stage, fast-changing environment.
  • Commercial ambition, intellectual curiosity, and genuine desire to help build something from the ground up.

Nice To Have

  • Experience selling into CFO, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, or IT organizations.
  • Experience helping establish or scale a new market, territory, or GTM motion.
  • Previous experience in venture-backed or high-growth SaaS.
  • Experience selling solutions involving procurement, spend management, finance technology, workflow automation, or AI.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $100K–$150K

OTE: $200K–$400K with a 50/50 split

Equity: Extremely competitive

Visa: H-1B transfers and TN visas may be supported.

Location & Work Environment

This is a full-time opportunity with locations listed in New York City, Austin, and Washington, D.C. The source specifically states a three-day in-office schedule (Tuesday–Thursday) for the New York/SoHo office.

This is a career-defining opportunity for an Enterprise AE who doesn't just want to join a sales organization—but wants to help build one.
