About the Role:

Our client is hiring an Account Executive to drive net-new business growth by owning the full sales cycle; from strategic prospecting through close. You'll engage senior decision-makers, build lasting client relationships, and close high-impact deals across your assigned territory.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing sales organization where you'll sharpen your skills through exceptional training, mentorship, and hands-on experience selling to revenue leaders across the technology ecosystem.


What You'll Do

  • Own the entire sales process, from strategic prospecting to closing deals while consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting while partnering with a Inside Sales Representative to win new logos, expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maximize inbound leads.
  • Become a trusted advisor by mastering our client's value proposition and delivering consultative solutions to prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Sales Leadership, Partnerships, Executive Leadership, and the C-suite to develop winning go-to-market strategies and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning to create predictable revenue growth.


Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Head of North America Sales and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B sales experience in a fast-paced, new-business environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS, technology solutions, or sales and marketing services.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota while building strong executive relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic prospecting skills.
  • Competitive drive, resilience, coachability, and a growth mindset.

  • $180,000–$220,000 OTE with uncapped commission
