The opportunity:

We’re recruiting for an early-stage AI company helping financial institutions make third-party risk and compliance reviews faster and more consistent.

This Partnerships role is hands-on, full-cycle sales. You’ll build your own pipeline and take opportunities from the first conversation through a signed agreement. There is no SDR team setting meetings for you. The strongest candidates already have direct relationships with the people responsible for third-party risk and compliance decisions at banks and credit unions.

What you’ll do:

  • Source, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business with financial institutions.
  • Build pipeline through existing relationships, direct outreach, conferences, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Sell to CEOs, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, and third-party or enterprise risk leaders.
  • Navigate executive, compliance, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Work with the founders to improve the sales playbook, positioning, and pricing.
  • Travel to customer meetings and industry events approximately 20% to 30% of the time.

What you bring:

  • 2 to 6 years of full-cycle account executive or partnerships experience, including personally sourcing and closing new accounts.
  • Existing, direct relationships with senior third-party risk or compliance decision-makers at community banks, regional banks, or credit unions.
  • Experience selling into or building partnerships with financial institutions.
  • A record of generating your own pipeline and closing net-new business.
  • Confidence with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Availability to work full-time in person in New York City.

Relationships primarily in fraud, payments, or digital banking are not a substitute for access to third-party risk and compliance buyers.

Experience at an early-stage financial technology company is a plus.

Compensation:

$160,000 to $180,000 base, plus uncapped commission and competitive equity. Business travel is covered.

If you know the bank risk and compliance buyer and enjoy owning the entire sale, we’d like to hear from you.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Uncapped commission
  • Competitive equity
  • Travel covered for conferences and customer meetings
