ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client is an engineering-driven team with a strong inbound funnel and successful founder-led sales. The most significant opportunity lies in demand generation—building a consistent, scalable outbound engine to secure additional enterprise logos.
This is a founding-level GTM role where you will design, build, and own outbound systems that generate pipeline, credibility, and revenue. You will not be handed a playbook—you will create it. Initially, the founder will lead sales calls, with the opportunity for you to grow into owning revenue responsibilities end-to-end as impact is demonstrated.
Primary targets include Fortune 2000 enterprises and Series A+ AI-native companies. The ideal candidate brings deep outbound demand generation experience, strong AI-native GTM instincts, and preferably an established network in the voice AI or customer experience ecosystem.
This is a high-output, high-ownership role. When you are not building systems, you will be at conferences. When you are not at conferences, you will be collaborating closely with the founders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outbound and Pipeline
- Architect and execute multi-channel outbound strategies across email, LinkedIn, events, and enterprise segmentation
- Build scalable lead generation systems using automation and AI-native workflows
- Design outbound like a product—test, measure, and continuously refine
- Attend conferences, dinners, and in-person events alongside the founding team
Inbound, Brand, and Content
- Take ownership of inbound channels currently managed by the CEO
- Deliver consistent content across social, written, and ecosystem platforms
- Improve discoverability through SEO, GEO, and AI-native distribution
- Transform product wins and customer stories into scalable distribution assets
GTM Engineering and Growth Systems
- Build targeted lead lists using enrichment, automation, and AI-native tools such as Clay, Apollo, and HeyReach
- Create semi-automated workflows that improve pipeline velocity
- Experiment continuously with tools, tactics, and growth strategies
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize results and inform decision-making
Partnerships and Ecosystem
- Develop relationships across the voice AI and customer experience ecosystem
- Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Strengthen credibility and trust within enterprise markets
REQUIREMENTS:
Must-Have
- 3+ years of GTM experience with demonstrable demand generation results
- AI-native, data-driven, and creative; proficient with tools such as Clay, Apollo, and HeyReach
- Proven professional GTM experience (not suitable for new graduates)
- Scrappy and resourceful, comfortable building from near-zero
- Strong communicator capable of representing the company to enterprise buyers
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate for a full-time, in-person role
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in voice AI, customer experience, or contact center technology
- Experience with companies such as Bland, Avapi, Retell, Decagon, Sierra, or similar
- Existing network among VP-level Operations, CX, or contact center leaders
- Experience selling or marketing AI or technical products
- Early-stage startup experience or prior founding background
- Familiarity with enterprise GTM targeting Fortune 2000 accounts and Series A+ AI-native companies
