About the Role:
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise/strategic accounts, with a heavy emphasis on outbound prospecting and hunting new business (60–70% outbound)
- Sell into large pharma and biopharma organizations (Fortune 500/1000), managing complex deals that can span 12–18 months
- Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling, targeting $200–300K+ annual growth per account
- Partner closely with Customer Success, BDR (1:1 pairing), and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Travel to Europe 1–2 times per year for strategic customer engagement
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience selling full-cycle SaaS to enterprise/strategic accounts (7+ years in a closing AE role, with biopharma or Fortune 500 experience
- Experience selling into biopharma/pharma — top 30 pharma or Fortune 500/1000 accounts strongly preferred
- Proven SaaS sales background at a startup or early-stage company
- True hunter mentality — must be able to prospect and build pipeline from scratch, not just manage existing accounts
- Stable tenure with demonstrated quota attainment and complex deal experience
Compensation: $100K-$120K (OTE:$200K-$240K) with competitive equity
