The Opportunity:

Our client is looking for a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join a sophisticated and growing real estate practice.

This is an opportunity for an experienced transactional real estate attorney who wants high-quality work, meaningful partner access, and the ability to take real ownership of transactions without getting lost inside a massive team. The firm operates with lean teams and places a strong emphasis on collaboration, trust, client relationships, and personality alongside excellent legal work.

What You'll Do:

You will work closely with partners and paralegals across a variety of real estate transactions while managing multiple matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and revising real estate transactional agreements
• Handling purchase and sale agreements and loan documentation
• Supporting transactions involving joint ventures and financing
• Coordinating closely with partners and paralegals throughout the deal process
• Managing multiple client matters, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• Taking meaningful ownership of your work while maintaining a high standard of client service

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 4–7 years of real estate transactional law experience
• Strong experience with purchase and sale agreements (PSAs)
• Experience with joint ventures
• Experience with real estate financing
• Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills

Nice To Have:

• Experience working in a sophisticated BigLaw, midsize, or boutique transactional practice
• Experience working directly with partners and clients
• A background that demonstrates both strong technical legal skills and the ability to thrive on a collaborative, lean team

Base Salary: $225,000–$275,000
